12:00-1:00pm HATHA FLOW with Stephanie

This multi-level class, intended as a bridge between vinyasa and hatha styles, will feature a gently flowing standing sequence followed by restorative seated postures.  Most classes will workshop one or two poses, including inversions.  Alternative positioning will be provided for most postures.  The goal for Hatha Flow is to create space, energy and room for stillness, both on the mat and off.   Join us!
