Influenced by Yoga, Alexander Technique, and Nia, this gentle hour long class flows through an extended series of stretches, postures, and enlivening movements that loosen, lengthen, and rejuvenate the musculature and calm the nervous system, producing ease and well-being. By bringing awareness to each stretch and listening to your body’s way, tight muscles are encouraged to release, stiff joints to free up, and healing energy to flow. Stretch/Yoga is both perfect for beginners and an excellent antidote to a vigorous workout. You will leave class feeling great!
