5:30 – 7:00pm DANCE~ASANA with Cynthia
Dance~Asana combines—breath awareness, modern dance warm-ups, energetic group moves, creative yoga sequences, closing stretches and deep relaxation—all in one class! Each session opens with a restful breathing practice followed by a sequence of guided movement accompanied by an ever-changing contemporary music playlist. The class finishes with a silent rest period. Cool music, every class is different, serious fun, warm community of non-competitive women and girls only. Open to dancers and yogis – young and old, from beginners to experienced.
