4:00 – 5:00 pm KID’S YOGA with Emily

Kids are born yogis!  As perfect examples of being present and living in the moment, children find a natural affinity for the practice of yoga.  My classes are structured around creative games, nature-inspired yoga postures, and calming guided meditations.  We focus most of all on having fun!  In the process they will gain confidence, strength, balance, and many new friends.  This class is most appropriate for children ages 5 – 9.
