12:00 – 1:00pm YOGA FOR THE NOT SO BENDY with Jen (no class April 30)

“Yoga for the Not So Bendy” is a Hatha yoga class that invites both women and men who are new to yoga, returning to it, or practice regularly but are having a tight or low energy day.  Class includes breath work, sun or moon salutations, standing and seated poses and relaxation. Variations on poses are offered for all levels so that one can honor her/his body and energy and also find challenge when desired. This class will leave the practitioner feeling centered, balanced and rejuvenated.
